Our goal is to provide quality endodontic care in a warm and friendly environment, so you can feel confident that you are receiving the best care possible.

WHAT IS ENDODONTICS

Endodontics is a branch of dentistry that focuses on the inner workings of teeth, specifically the health and maintenance of the dental pulp. The dental pulp is located inside each tooth and provides it with vital nutrients for healthy growth and development. Endodontic therapy works to protect this essential component of tooth health by cleaning out any decay or damage from bacteria or trauma. Endodontic procedures can even help save teeth from extraction and allow them to continue functioning normally. Without proper endodontic treatment, the delicate health of dental pulp can quickly decay leading to further damage if left untreated. Fortunately, Lake Olympia Dental is here to help with endodontic treatment and restore your teeth back to full health.

ROOT CANAL THERAPY NEAR FORT BEND

DENTISTRY IN
MISSOURI CITY, TX

We know that many patients feel apprehensive at the thought of receiving a root canal. However, at our office in Missouri City, TX, endodontic root canal therapy is one of the most common treatments we perform and we pride ourselves on providing gentle and expert care throughout the entire process. For patients that are hesitant about upcoming treatments, we go above and beyond to make sure they’re comfortable with their treatment plan. We proceed at your pace, and offer sedation dentistry options to overcome dental phobia. Without root canal therapy, damaged teeth become extremely susceptible to infection and may require extraction if untreated. We strive to ensure our patients are comfortable throughout their entire appointment while receiving the care they need for a healthy, beautiful smile.

PULPECTOMY

Pulpectomies are a form of endodontic therapy that is used to treat teeth with infected dental pulp when root canal therapy is not needed for the entire tooth. Specifically designed for situations where prompt relief is essential, a pulpectomy initiates the root canal process, addressing infected dental pulp without requiring the completion of the entire root canal treatment in a single visit.

During this procedure, we remove the compromised pulp or soft tissue from the affected tooth and replace it with a protective material. The focus is on efficiently alleviating pain and discomfort. While a dental crown may not be immediately placed at the conclusion of the procedure, this approach allows for a quicker visit compared to a full root canal treatment.

Dr. Dinh and his staff were amazing and they made the office a very welcoming and safe environment. I came in for a check up and teeth cleaning and was able to get 2 teeth extracted the same day as well.

I decided to visit Lake Olympia Dental because the office is closew to home and I saw all the positive reviews, and I can see why! It was a seamless experience for being a new patient. Dr. Dinh and his staff were very personable, making sure you're at easy and having an enjoyable experience. They know their stuff and know how to make your visit smooth and efficient. The office is brand new, very clean and modern. My first time seeing a TV on the ceiling for patients to watch as you're getting your teeth cleaned. They also give you a warm face towel at the end to help freshen up. I sometimes forgot I was at the dentist.
Jacob
I scheduled an emergency appointment today due to severe tooth pain and was able to be seen the same day. The office staff were very friendly and efficient, and the facility was new and clean. I appreciated how quick, yet thorough, my visit was. Most of all, I'm grateful for their late office hours, which made it possible for me to come in during the evening.
