Meet The Lake Olympia Dental Team

Dr. James Dinh is excited to bring a new dental experience to the Missouri City community. He grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and moved to the Houston area in 2021. Dr. Dinh received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University and completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at New York University in 2017.

Committed to providing the best care possible for his patients, Dr. Dinh completed his residency training at Staten Island University Hospital in New York and continues to collaborate with colleagues to learn new techniques. He prides himself on building his patients’ confidence and comfortability by creating a relaxing office environment and providing exceptional and knowledgeable care.

In his spare time, Dr. Dinh enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his significant other, Shannon. He loves experiencing new restaurants and foods, playing tennis or golf to stay active, and traveling frequently. Dr. Dinh is a savvy planner and hopes to plan on seeing many new smiling faces.

Shannon will be the friendly face greeting every patient walking through the doors of Lake Olympia Dental. She is Dr. Dinh’s significant other and will assist him in managing the office through and through. Shannon grew up in Huntington, Indiana and has spent several years working as a service representative at financial institutions. She is excited to transition into the role of office manager and assisting patients with their dental care.

Shannon is also a wedding and portrait photographer in the city of Houston and loves creating beautiful imagery for the best clients. Outside of running two businesses, she enjoys reading books, playing cozy games, and spending time outdoors when she can. Her favorite vacation spot tends to be somewhere deep in the mountains.
