After growing up and spending most of his life in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Dr. James Dinh received his undergraduate degree in biology from Indiana University. He then moved to New York City to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery at NYU College of Dentistry and his residency training at Staten Island University Hospital.

In 2021, he decided to move to Houston, Texas, and is excited to provide the best possible care to Missouri City communities. Dr. Dinh is a lifelong learner and collaborator, always striving to stay at the forefront of dental care. He prides himself on creating a relaxing office environment and providing the exceptional care that instills confidence and comfort in his patients. Dr. Steve Ragsdale provides oral surgery care directly within trusted general dental offices throughout Houston, allowing patients to receive treatment in the familiar environment of their own dental practice. He specializes in wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, surgical extractions, and IV sedation, with a focus on safe, comfortable, and patient-centered care.

Known for his collaborative approach, Dr. Ragsdale works closely with referring doctors and their teams to create a seamless experience from consultation through recovery while supporting long-term restorative success. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, skiing, staying active, and mentoring others.
