I had such a great experience at this new dental office! Mia was so friendly and handled my X-rays with so much care. She made the whole process quick and comfortable. Dr. Dinh was incredibly thorough and gentle. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my visit. Shannon explained the insurance coverage clearly and patiently, making everything so easy to understand.

Dr. Dinh and his staff were amazing and they made the office a very welcoming and safe environment. I came in for a check up and teeth cleaning and was able to get 2 teeth extracted the same day as well.

I decided to visit Lake Olympia Dental because the office is closew to home and I saw all the positive reviews, and I can see why! It was a seamless experience for being a new patient. Dr. Dinh and his staff were very personable, making sure you're at easy and having an enjoyable experience. They know their stuff and know how to make your visit smooth and efficient. The office is brand new, very clean and modern. My first time seeing a TV on the ceiling for patients to watch as you're getting your teeth cleaned. They also give you a warm face towel at the end to help freshen up. I sometimes forgot I was at the dentist.

I scheduled an emergency appointment today due to severe tooth pain and was able to be seen the same day. The office staff were very friendly and efficient, and the facility was new and clean. I appreciated how quick, yet thorough, my visit was. Most of all, I'm grateful for their late office hours, which made it possible for me to come in during the evening.
